Administration, Projects and Operational Careers
Great mental health care relies on more than clinical teams. Our administration, project and operational staff keep services running smoothly, support teams to do their best work, and help shape how our services grow and improve. They are often the first people consumers, families and carers speak to, so they play a vital part in making every contact with our service welcoming, respectful and easy to navigate. You don’t need a mental health background to join us, just a commitment to quality, teamwork and treating people with dignity.

Roles in administration, projects and operations
Administration Officers provide essential support to our mental health teams. They manage records, appointments, correspondence and day-to-day office tasks. Their organisation and attention to detail help clinicians and support staff focus on the people they work with.
Reception and Intake Support staff are often the first point of contact for people and families reaching out to our services. They welcome people warmly, answer enquiries, manage bookings and help connect people with the right team. They make a real difference to how people feel from their very first contact.
Project Officers help plan, deliver and evaluate projects that improve our services. They work with staff, consumers, families and carers to turn ideas into action, supporting service improvement, co-design and reform.
Program Coordinators oversee the day-to-day running of specific programs. They coordinate people, resources and activities so that programs are delivered well and meet the needs of the communities they serve.
Data and Reporting Officers collect, manage and analyse service information. They turn data into clear reports that help us understand our services, meet reporting requirements and make better decisions, while protecting people’s privacy.
Quality and Safety staff help make sure our services are safe, high quality and always improving. They support reviews, audits, accreditation and feedback processes, including learning from the experiences of consumers, families and carers.
