Originally from Melbourne, Minh joined GV Health as an intern and quickly decided to stay, drawn by the supportive environment and fast-tracked training opportunities. “The team was incredibly welcoming, and I was able to upskill in new modalities like CT within six months, which would have taken a lot longer in a metropolitan hospital,” Minh said.

Her daily role includes scanning a diverse range of patients, from trauma cases to routine outpatient care. Minh appreciates the unique challenges of working in a rural setting, where she’s encountered everything from horse-related injuries to kangaroo collisions. “Every day is different, and we see cases you wouldn’t expect in the city,” Minh said. 

Minh values the strong team culture at GV Health. “We’re a close-knit group who support each other, both at work and outside of it,” she said. For Minh, the rewarding moments come from helping patients and contributing to their care.

“It’s fulfilling to know our scans provide clarity and help guide important medical decisions.”
