    The How2 Program guides and empowers participants to lead the way within their organisations in developing services and a culture that is inclusive for LGBTIQ staff and clients, empowering prospective accreditation. Designed around the six national standards that make up the Rainbow Tick this group program involves a series of live workshops and self-paced online modules that coach participants through practical steps in embedding LGBTIQ+ inclusive practices in their organisation.

    • Build knowledge and understanding about sex, gender and sexuality.  
    • Consider the experiences and needs of LGBTIQ+ people and what this might mean for service provision.  
    • Understand steps to creating safe and inclusive services and workplaces for LGBTIQ people. 
     
    Work with Pride – interactive workshop via Zoom 
    Following completion of True Colours: Introduction to LGBTIQ Inclusive Practice, staff teams will be guided through a series of activities to apply affirming practice in their own role and organisational context. This workshop has been developed by Rainbow Health Australia to support organisations working towards LGBTIQ inclusive practice and seeking to create safe, welcoming services.
