Dr Arup Bhattacharya did his post graduate training in the UK and was a consultant physician and geriatrician in Yorkshire. His special interest is in neurodegenerative disorders including Parkinson’s disease and disorders of cognition. Arup provides a comprehensive movement disorder service for Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. He also does cognitive assessments and provides specialist management for geriatric conditions.
Dr Bhattacharya holds the fellowship of the Royal Colleges of London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He is an examiner for the fellowship examination of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
Arup joined GV Health in the second half of 2011. He is passionate about clinical teaching and clinical service development.
