Raj joined GV Health in 2012 as a Hospital Medical Officer. She then went on to finish her psychiatric basic training and advanced training in psychiatry of old age in GV Health. Currently she is working as consultant psychiatrist with the state-wide Specialist Women’s Mental Health Centre and as an old age psychiatrist with the aged psychiatric assessment and treatment team at GV Health.
As a consultant psychiatrist leading the Shepparton spoke of the Women’s Mental Health Service, Raj has been involved in service planning, policies and procedures along with service delivery.
Raj’s professional interests include ageing, service delivery and governance and a broader interest in women’s health and its impact on community.
